How do I place an order?

Is it legal to buy cigarettes online? Do I need to be a certain age?

Accepted Answer

Yes — adults of legal smoking age can buy tobacco for personal use. You must be of legal smoking age in your province (19+ in most of Canada, 18+ in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Quebec, 21+ in PEI) to order from us. By placing an order you confirm you meet your province's age requirement.

How many cigarettes are in a carton?

A carton contains 200 cigarettes — 10 packs of 20. A full case is 50 cartons (10,000 cigarettes), which is where the biggest per-carton savings are.

Why are your cigarettes so much cheaper than the store?

Our cigarettes are sold tax-free, and government tobacco taxes make up most of the retail shelf price. We also ship directly to you with no storefront costs. Same smokes, without the markup.

How can I edit or cancel my order?

To edit or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@cigs4less.co or text us on WhatsApp. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Interac e-Transfer. All payments are processed securely.

Is it safe to pay by credit card on your site?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your card details are entered on a secure, encrypted payment page and are never stored on our servers. Your package also ships in plain, unmarked packaging with nothing on the outside about what's inside.

E-transfer has been sent, why is my order still on hold?

E-transfers may take up to 30 minutes to process. If your order is still on hold after this time, please check that the e-transfer was sent to the correct email address and contact our support team.

How long does it take to receive an order?

You choose your delivery speed at checkout. Faster delivery (Canada Post Xpresspost) usually arrives in 1-3 business days for most Canadian cities. Standard delivery (Canada Post Expedited Parcel) takes about 3-7 business days. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated from your postal code at checkout using live Canada Post rates, so you see the exact cost before you pay. The price depends on your address, how many cartons you order, and the delivery speed you pick. Very large orders may need more than one box and cost more to ship.

All orders are packaged discreetly in plain packaging with no branding or product descriptions visible on the outside.

What is shipping insurance?

Accepted Answer

At checkout you can add optional Shipping Insurance for $5.99. It covers incidents that occur while your order is in transit, such as loss or damage. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier and confirmed through tracking, it is considered fulfilled — packages reported as delivered but not received are not covered and are not eligible for a refund.

How does the rewards program work?

It's a punch card, just like a coffee shop: every $50 you spend fills 1 of 10 stamps, automatically. Fill all 10 (that's $500 of orders) and you pick any carton free — a $27 value — on your next order of $200 or more. Then your card starts fresh. Your card shows in every order email, and you also get a free carton every birthday month and each time a friend places their first order with your code.

How do I use my rewards?

Go to the Rewards page and sign in with the email you use at checkout — we email you a one-tap login link, no password needed. When you've earned a free carton, tap to claim it and the code is applied at checkout automatically (we also email you the code for safekeeping). Your free carton works on any order of $200 or more.

Do my points expire?

Accepted Answer

Points stay active as long as you keep ordering — any order resets the clock. If you haven't ordered in 12 months they go dormant, and we'll email you a reminder before that ever happens.

I received an incorrect order.

Accepted Answer

If you received an incorrect order, please contact us immediately at hello@cigs4less.co or text us on WhatsApp. We will resolve the issue promptly by either sending the correct items or issuing a refund.

Received a defective or damaged product

If your product arrived damaged or defective, please take photos of the damaged items and packaging, then contact our support team. We'll arrange a replacement or refund for you.
